Shopping cart is empty?

Create an account on our website using the SignIn Control, this will save your shopping cart. The contents of the shopping cart are lost when the session expires. Normally, a session will expire after 20 minutes. Our website store the shopping cart contents in an encrypted cookie that is stored on the customers computer. If the shopping cart is ever emptied because the server abandoned the session variables, this will save your shopping cart and will reload the previous contents automatically...even hours or days later.

NOTE: The Shopping site and search function will not work properly unless you have your internet browser set to accept cookies. Refer to browser help, key word cookies in order to turn this function on. If you get the message "Cart is empty" when you order, it could mean that your browser is not enabled for cookies. You will need to change your browser settings to accept cookies.

Address Verification Service (AVS) Error

What is an AVS (Address Verification Service) error?
AVS is the process by which we validate the address stored for your credit card against the address you supply in the registration process. It is an industry wide standard used by all major credit card companies used to reduce fraudulent charge attempts.

If you continue to receive this error, This means there is a discrepancy in the information that you entered into our "billing information" and the way that your credit card is actually billed. This information must match your credit card billing information exactly, or your transaction will not go through. (This is for YOUR protection, as well as ours.)

I keep clicking Add To Cart but nothing adds to the cart?

If the page simply keeps reloading itself and nothing happens, that means that we currently do not have that item in stock. Call or email to check on availability, we may have more plants at a different growing stage.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, American Express, checks (U.S. only), Money Orders and PayPal payments. If paying by credit card or via PayPal, you can order using our online shopping cart. If mailing your check or money order, please be sure to include your invoice number to ensure proper credit.
 

Shipping and Packing Information:

At Aloha Orchid Nursery, we pay attention to even the smallest details to insure that your plants will be delivered in great shape. We carefully wrap each plant and use shredded paper and poly cotton to protect the plant/ flower during shipping.

Please note that we only ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays  to ensure that your package is delivered quickly and to avoid weekend layover.

All order received on Wednesdays after 3:00 PM  through Sundays will be shipped on Mondays.

Please Note we only Ship within the USA and US Territories. NO International Orders accepted.

How much is shipping?.
Well, that depends on the type of plant, quantity and Shipping Method to be used. 

Our online shopping cart will calculate the shipping for you.

US Postal Priority Mail
Average Delivery time is 3-5 working days but not guaranteed to anywhere in the US. Saturday delivery is included.

US Postal - Express
Delivery time is Next Day to all of the West Coast, excluding remote rural areas and 2 Day delivery to the rest of the US. Saturday, Sunday and Holiday delivery is Included. 

UPS  2nd Day Air
2 Business Days delivery to anywhere in the United States.

Fedex  2nd Day Air
2 Business Days delivery to anywhere in the United States.

Fedex  Standard Overnight Air
1 Business Days delivery to most West Coast regions and 2 days to anywhere in the United States.

Fedex  Saturday Delivery
Saturday Delivery option, additional Fees applies.
