To ensure a
happy, healthy plant and a
satisfied recipient, Please
purchase a heat pack for all
shipments going to cold areas.
(i.e., 35 degree F or lower) 1
heat pack is sufficient for up
to 5 plants. These heat packs
will keep your orchids warm
for up to 60 hours.
Please Note that we may add
and charge you for these heat
pack if you do not purchase
them
on your order. Shipments to
cold areas without heat packs
will void our guarantee. |
Return POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURN
Due
to Restrictions with the State of
Hawaii Department of Agriculture,
you will not be able to Return the
Plants to us in Hawaii.
Because of this restriction, All
Sales are FINAL. Please call us
at 808-9827880 or e-mail
sales@alohaorchid.com if you
shall have any further question.
All CANCELLED ORDERS are subject
to a 10% restocking fee. NO

PRIVACY
We will never rent, sell or
share your personal data to
anyone. We use the information you
provide about yourself when
placing an order to complete that
order. Our credit card processor
(a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy
Program) receives the data
necessary to process the financial
aspect of your order. We may
contact you by email regarding the
status of your order. And we may
contact you by phone, mail or
email if we have questions
regarding your order. We do not
store your credit card number on
our web server, but rather in a
controlled, off-line environment,
to better safeguard and secure
this sensitive information.

Warranties
Our goal is to provide only the
very best quality plants, we
warrant our products to be of the
variety and quantity advertised.
We take extreme care in packing
to ensure our plants are
delivered in good condition. If
you encounter damage during
shipment, please take a
photography and call us
immediately. We will send
replacement at our expense upon
approval of Replacement by our
Claims Department. Claims must be
accompanied with proof
(photograph) and made within 30
days of shipment.
Our plants are live products which
depends on many important related
grower skills such as proper care,
watering, use of fertilizers, weed
controls, fungicides,
insecticides, disease control and
reasonable weather conditions
during the growing period. Plant
growth/ flowering is affected by
such factors as temperature,
moisture content, light intensity
and type of planting media. These
factors are totally out of our
control and are the buyer's
responsibility and risk.
Consequentally, we cannot
unconditionally guarantee our
plants to perform properly
regardless of conditions or the
buyer's methods or mistakes.

Substitution
There are times
when we get overwhelmed with
orders. Please be patient with us
if your order is delayed. We will
do everything we can to be sure
your orchids are packed and
shipped safely to you as soon as
possible.
Popular
varieties of our orchids may sell
out quickly, in the event that we
are sold out before we receive
your order, We will attempt to
contact the buyer first to obtain
approval for substitution. We
reserve the right to substitute an
orchid of same color profile,
equal or greater value if we are
out of stock on one of the orchid
variety listed on our catalog.
